1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Pranavi Connect website or booking any of our programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Pranavi Connect offers wellness coaching, laughter yoga, mindfulness, and corporate wellness programmes. All services are subject to availability. Pranavi Connect reserves the right to modify or discontinue any programme at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a booking enquiry and agreement from both parties. Payment terms, fees, and schedules will be communicated directly by Pranalli Dhamankar at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a rebooking fee. Corporate bookings are subject to the specific terms outlined in their programme agreement. No-shows without prior notice forfeit the session.
5. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental wellbeing during sessions. You agree to inform Pranalli of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating. Pranavi Connect is not liable for any injury or adverse experience arising from participation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, programme materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of Pranavi Connect and Pranalli Dhamankar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
7. Photography & Recording
Sessions may not be recorded or photographed without prior written consent from Pranalli Dhamankar. Any authorised recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared publicly or commercially without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
